ideal base for exploring nearby attractions and park views

During my stay, I loved that everything was just a short walk away, including stunning sites like Edinburgh Castle and the beautiful Scottish National Gallery, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable while soaking in lovely park views. plus, the apartment was well arranged and stylish, creating a perfect home base for my adventures.

My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. The studio I was in hadn’t been cleaned properly from the last guest, which was quite off-putting. access to the main door was problematic. the remote didn't work initially. This created unnecessary frustration upon my arrival, as I had to make a quick phone call to get in.

i had a great stay at joivy flats! the place was super comfy and had everything for cooking, which was awesome since i had a friend with special dietary needs. loved the cozy vibes and clean room. also, the location was perfect, close to everything! really enjoyed my time there.

the only downsides were the loud external light that made it hard to sleep and the cleaning issues we faced sometimes.

The apartment was really cozy with a fantastic shower and a cute little kitchen that came stocked with biscuits and coffee, which was a sweet touch! I loved unwinding on the balcony and enjoyed the peaceful garden area right outside my door. The only hiccup was some noise from the main road, but it didn't ruin my stay, just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! 😊

Couples will enjoy this amazing stay

This place has character, with lovely Georgian decor and those 10-foot tall window shutters made the mornings beautiful. The lounge was just perfect for relaxing mid-afternoon after a long day, I mean, who doesn’t appreciate a cozy space before heading out again?

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly it still felt reasonable given the quality.

Noise from the main road can be a bit disruptive, especially if you’re a light sleeper needing quiet to recharge. While the radiator and dishwasher had minor hiccups initially, quick resolutions were appreciated. The shower's door allowed water to escape, making management of the bathroom post-shower a bit tedious, and some towels seemed less than fresh, which left a slightly off impression. The automatic lights in the compact kitchen shut off too swiftly, turning the cooking experience into an awkward light show as I waved my arms to get them back on.

The flat was modern and comfortable, ideal for our group. The kitchenette was impressively equipped for our needs, and the free coffee grounds provided were a delightful addition.

The bathroom lacked some basic amenities that could enhance the experience.

The flat was absolutely stunning with chic decor and a super comfy bed. Even had a lovely welcome drink waiting! Seriously, who doesn't love prosecco after a long day?

But bless them, only four tea bags? I felt like a tea hoarder hunting for more! tacking things onto your phone just makes me a bit jittery.

I really enjoyed my stay in the superior studio. The decor was beautiful, and the space was comfortable for the week. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped. The view over the gardens was peaceful and refreshing. Staff were friendly and quick to help.
